Returns & Refunds

At B2 Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the product must:

• Be unused

• Remain in its original condition

• Be in its original unopened packaging

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

 

Products that have been opened, assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

• Photos showing the product remains unopened and in its original packaging

B2 Hockey Synthetic Ice Tiles are designed to provide a realistic skating experience that allows players to train with hockey skates at home.

While our synthetic ice is engineered for performance, it does not replicate the exact feel of real ice. Users should expect approximately 10–20% more resistance compared to skating on natural ice.

Performance may vary depending on several factors, including:

• Skate blade sharpness

• Skater weight

• Skating ability and technique

• Surface conditions

 

Some users may experience a short adjustment period when first using synthetic ice. With regular use, most players quickly adapt to the skating surface and enjoy effective year-round training.
