B2 hockey's synthetic ice product is meant to provide a close to ice feel, allowing you to train with skates on in the comfort of your home. Our synthetic ice cannot replicate the exact feel of real ice. Customers should expect approximately 10-20% more resistance than that of real ice. Skate blade sharpness, weight of user, and skating ability can all affect performance of the product. Some users may experience a period of adjustment while they learn to use the product.
Refund/ Return Policy
B2 Performance Hockey Ltd. wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your product. Returns and refunds will be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of the product. To be eligible for return and refund, your product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in it's original unopened packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
How to initiate a return/ refund
If for any reason you wish to return the product and have met all the return criteria listed above, please start by sending your request including photos of the unopened product and proof of purchase to Info@b2hockey.ca and we will reach out to walk you through the process. If accepted we will provide shipping details and will request the purchaser to ship the product back to us, once the product has been received you will receive your refund for the purchase amount on your original form of payment.
